Unleashing the full potential of a team is at the heart of our work. “Dangers” such as interpersonal conflicts, unclear role distribution, and power struggles can significantly impair team performance. Analyses, coaching, and workshops are possible methods to foster a culture of appreciation, openness, and respect.
When selecting new team members, we focus on the best possible fit, optimal professional complementarity, and personal enrichment of your existing team (see Recruiting).
In addition to the aforementioned methods, we offer team workshops, team events, and incentives on a sailboat with skipper and trainer/coach in collaboration with the sailing tour provider alma-sailing. Spending intensive time together in a relatively confined space presents an opportunity to forge strong team bonds, quickly identify team roles, strengths and weaknesses, and conflict potentials. Different task distributions on board, role assignments, lectures, simulations, and feedback sessions are possible components for successful team building.
